I thought I'd share this link with the forum if it's ok - . I was browsing on , which is a great site by the way, and I found a forum post about the Record Shops . You can register to add the local independent record stores in your area.

Searching on Google Maps, Yelp, etc can take endless hours because a lot of the listings are outdated, incorrect, etc. So hopefully as more people find out about this site, which is still a work in progress by its creator, it'll be much easier to find the stores still in business and see what they have to offer.

Funny enough though, I did have to spend hours on google maps to find any stores in my area I might have been unaware of and I did find a few, so feel free to spread the word. There are also vinyl-only maps - and .

For the tech savvy there is for Androids and Iphones, a free phone app for locating vinyl record stores nearest you. And finally , a website that lists record fairs in the Usa and Uk, and hopefully more countries soon.

Useful stuff, especially to help plan for later this month of April.
