Thought I'd start this thread since I already started the books thread...

Went to see "Enter The Void" by Gaspar Noé tonight. Surely a mindfuck and a visual orgasm, although it also has major flaws. Nevertheless.. what a trip!

I came across this video recently...

Grails - Satori
Video from 'Cat Soup'

It inspired me to track down Cat soup.
Fantastic short film. Recommended to all.

I watched Paris, Je T'aime last night. I like it, though some those directors really sucked. It made me wish short film was a more viable medium. I like stories with a sort of concise theme, and very little arc.

I'm curious now; what is your favorite film, whoever cares to answer?

I guess mine is Central Station (Central do Brasil). It follows a pretty traditional drama arc, but there's a certain pathos that I've never seen in any other film.
